All orders ship within two (2) business days. Business days are Monday through Friday with few holiday exceptions. For order information, please call 985.898.2639. Please see store page for business hours.

Our standard shipping method is USPS. If you choose to ship express service, we will also ship via USPS. Please visit to track your order.

Online Return Policy:

All unworn and unaltered merchandise with tags attached will gladly be accepted for exchange for online store credit within 14 days from the date of purchase. Shoes must be returned in their original box without damage to the box. Items returned with makeup, deodorant or other stains will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you therefore incurring additional shipping costs.

Items that can not be returned include: sale items, jewelry, belts, camisoles, bandeaus, leggings and gift cards.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees of the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We suggest sending items back via UPS or Fed Ex along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Please complete the Return Form and include it in the box with the returned items.

Once your return is received, you will then be issued an online credit for the cost of the original item. This does not include shipping costs. If you choose to return your online item to our store location, it must be done in 14 days from the date of purchase and you must have your online receipt. An online credit will then be issued. Items purchased at POSH Boutique may not be returned online. Only orders placed online are subject to the 14 day return policy.
